- Customs and Import Taxes
Please be aware that you, the buyer, are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply to your international order. Ratna Handicrafts is not responsible for delays due to customs processing.
- Secure Payment Options
Ratna Handicrafts prioritizes your security. We use PayPal as our payment processor, keeping your financial information secure. Our shops never receive your credit card information directly.
- Returns & Exchanges
- We are happy to accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:
- Contact us within 14 days of delivery to initiate the return or exchange process.
- Return the item(s) within 30 days of delivery.
- We cannot accept cancellations. However, please don't hesitate to contact us if you have any issues with your order.
- Non-Returnable/Exchangeable Items
- Due to their nature, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Perishable products (food, flowers, etc.)
- Digital downloads
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Return Conditions
- Buyers are responsible for return postage costs.
- Returned items must be in their original condition.
- We reserve the right to deduct any loss in value from the refund amount if the returned item shows signs of wear or damage.
